This generator has already made your temporary email address: it is the one at the top of this page. There is nothing to fill in. Copy it and use it, or make another whenever you like. Each one works for 30 minutes.
Generate a new address
- 1
Get a random address

- 2
Or choose the name
Press Change, pick Choose a name, type what you want and select a domain.

Start receiving
The new address works immediately, and its mail shows up in the inbox on this page.
Random name or your own?
Free inboxes are shared, so anyone who enters the same name on the same domain sees the same mail. A common name like “test” is likely to be in use by someone else already. If you choose your own, make it something nobody would guess.
| Compare | Random name | A name you choose |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | Instant | A few seconds of typing |
| Hard to guess | Yes | Only if you make it so |
| Easy to read out or retype | Less so | Yes |
| Best for | Most one-time sign-ups | Forms that reject odd-looking names |
These are real, working addresses
Some email generators only produce text that looks like an address, which is useless when a site sends you a confirmation link. Every address made here receives real mail from real senders, so verification emails, codes and links all come through.
The difference from a normal mailbox is how long it lasts. A free address expires after 30 minutes, and each message is deleted 30 minutes after it arrives.
Good uses for a generated address
- Testing the sign-up and password emails of an app you are building
- Trying a service before deciding whether it deserves your real email
- Downloading a guide or report that sits behind an email form
- Claiming a one-time code without joining a mailing list
Frequently asked questions
How many addresses can I generate?
You can make a new one whenever you need it. Only one is open in the inbox at a time, and switching replaces the one you were using.
Where do I find my temporary email address again?
This browser remembers your address until it expires, so it is still there when you return or refresh. It appears at the top of the home page and of this page.
Can I keep a generated address permanently?
Not a free one. For an address that never expires, Pro accounts offer permanent, private addresses on Pro domains, bought in the GoMail or MailBin app.
