Terms of Use

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Projonmoit, which runs Temporary Mail (temporary-mail.org). By using the site or an account you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the service.

The service

Temporary Mail gives you temporary email addresses that receive mail. A free address lasts 30 minutes, each of its messages is deleted 30 minutes after it arrives, and it can’t send mail. Pro accounts offer permanent, private addresses.

Free inboxes are shared and short-lived

Free inboxes have no password. Anyone who uses the same address can read its mail, and a name isn’t reserved for you after you stop using it. Expired addresses and deleted messages can’t be recovered.

Don’t use a free address for banking, health, government or other sensitive accounts, or for any account you may need to recover. You are responsible for choosing an address that suits what you are doing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Break any law, or commit fraud or identity theft
  • Harass, threaten or harm anyone
  • Create accounts in bulk, evade a ban or get around another site’s rules, such as a limit of one account or trial per person
  • Receive material that is illegal to possess, including any that sexually exploits children
  • Access mail that you know is meant for someone else, or take over an account that isn’t yours
  • Overload, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its limits and security
  • Scrape the service or resell it without our written permission

Your account

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age that applies in your country, to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account unless it results from our own failure.

Pro purchases

Pro is sold through the GoMail and MailBin apps. Google Play or the App Store handles billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms, so manage those through the store you bought from. If a Pro plan ends, Pro features and addresses may stop being available to you.

Mail and other content

Mail in your inbox comes from third parties. We don’t write, check or endorse it, and it may be false or harmful. Be careful with its links and instructions. We may remove mail or block addresses, senders and domains to protect the service or to comply with the law.

The site, its software, design and branding belong to Projonmoit or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service as these terms allow. Temporary Mail isn’t affiliated with Google or Gmail, or with any other email provider or website named on this site.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service running, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be available, that any message will be delivered, or that a particular website will accept our addresses. Many websites block temporary addresses. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service, including free domains and time limits.

Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the service or other people at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Projonmoit isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, lost accounts, lost profits or missed messages. This includes losing access to an account you registered with a temporary address. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 10.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that can’t legally be limited where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections and the right to bring a claim that the law of your home country gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date on this page when we do. If a change significantly affects account holders, we will give notice on the site or by email where we can. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
